Description:

The UX practice is a core discipline of the E-Commerce Customer Experience and Online Strategy division. The role is critical in the requirements definition, analysis and solution design of both customer and employee-facing digital solutions. We work across the customer experience lifecycle to support an omni-channel business; this means you’ll influence designs that span customers’ interactions on desktop browsers, mobile devices and in some cases, in-store interactions. Our business needs critical thinkers; design thinkers to interpret business goals and identify user requirements which represent how we’ll translate the business goals into tactical software solutions. You’ll have the benefit, and bench strength, of a dedicated Research team and partners across Analytics/Customer Intelligence, Strategy, Product Management, and Engineering to help navigate the paths to customer value.

Typical workday & overview of the project that this contractor will be working on:

Overall: help define user requirements and support in the design

Join weekly status calls to provide updates

Join weekly design reviews to share work in progress

Participates in backlog grooming and sprint planning

Collaborate with broader UX and CX teams through the various initiatives

Conduct competitive analysis

Create prototypes, process flows, wireframes, and design specification

Skills:

UX design and Axure

Top Skills Details:

1. Around 3 years experience working as a UX Designer

2. Projects working with Axure and/or Sketch for wireframing and prototyping

3. Working knowledge of development principles
